Turkish hotel furniture manufacturers compared: eight firms, in their own words

Eight Turkish companies that sell hotel furniture abroad are compared below on what each one publishes about itself: where it is based, whether it makes in its own plant or through partner factories, what one order covers, and the lead time it states. Every row comes from the company's own website, read on 12 October 2026, and the order is alphabetical, not a ranking. Rovers Contract is not on the list: it is a package contractor that prices each line with the Turkish partner factory that fits the job.

Sheet GD-29Reviewed Rovers Contract

Turkey’s hotel furniture makers sit mostly in Istanbul, in İnegöl (Bursa) and in Kayseri. The eight below all take export hotel work. They are listed by what a buyer can check on each company’s own website: no reviews, no scores, and no claim we could not read on the firm’s own pages on 12 October 2026. Where a firm states a lead time, it is quoted with the point it counts from.

The eight at a glance

Company Base How it makes, in its own words What one order covers Lead time it publishes
Archidecors Modoko, Istanbul; founded 1981 Its own plant in Modoko; design, production and installation on one contract Custom furniture for hotels, residences and yachts About 6 weeks to produce one piece or one room; 2–3 months for a whole home; larger projects scheduled one by one
Berfa Group Hacılar, Kayseri Describes itself as a maker of mattresses, felt, pillows, sofas and furniture The widest range here: mattresses and bedding, sofas, outdoor, doors, lighting; hotel turnkey and renovation projects None found
Hotel Furniture Concept Istanbul Makes the furniture in its own plant; sources doors, spa, signage, bedding, mattresses and lighting Guestroom, lobby, banquet, restaurant and outdoor furniture; marble and stone From approved samples: mock-up 2 weeks, production 6–8 weeks, packing and shipping 2 weeks (to the UK), delivery and install 4 weeks; “confirmed for each project at quotation”
I-HOTEL Furniture İnegöl, Bursa; making furniture since 2008, current company registered 18 Sep 2019 Two production sites in İnegöl; each product is labelled “Manufactured by I-HOTEL” or “Sourced in Turkey” Guestroom casegoods, headboards, wardrobes, reception counters, public-area furniture, upholstered seating Quote reply in 24–48 hours; no production time published
Kolsan Kartal, Istanbul (plant since 2013), head office in Ataşehir; founded 1973 Own production Fixed and loose furniture; FF&E production and implementation for hotel projects; also malls, restaurants, offices None found
Leta İnegöl Furniture Specialized Organized Industrial Zone, plant running since 2011 Own plant, “producing exclusively for the Horeca and Hospitality sector” Seating and tables for hospitality: chairs, tables, seating groups, outdoor None found; showrooms in Dubai, London, Los Angeles, Eindhoven, Belgrade, Koper, Johannesburg and Tbilisi
Sagist Group Istanbul “We do not rely on external suppliers”; five factories Custom furniture, FF&E and turnkey delivery for hotels, residences, restaurants and offices, with its own installation teams 20–30 weeks from brief to on-site commissioning
WTB Company Türkiye “Through our manufacturing partners in Türkiye” Turnkey hotel, HoReCa and office furniture, “BOQ-based procurement”; also pergolas, glass systems and marble None found

Each row is the company’s own statement, linked in the sources list below the page. A statement is not a check: the section on checking a company shows how to test one in an hour.

Lead times: three published, three different clocks

Only three of the eight put a lead time on their site, and they measure different things.

Company Starts at Ends at Stated time
Hotel Furniture Concept Approved samples Production complete 6–8 weeks, after a 2-week sample and mock-up stage
Hotel Furniture Concept Approved samples Delivery to site, install support to opening 14–16 weeks, its four stages added up
Sagist Group The brief On-site commissioning 20–30 weeks
Archidecors Design confirmed in 3D One piece or room produced About 6 weeks; shipping added for export

Put on one line, “6–8 weeks” and “20–30 weeks” look far apart. Hotel Furniture Concept’s own four stages add up to 14–16 weeks, and Sagist’s figure starts earlier, at the brief, and ends later, at commissioning. The shorter figure leaves out drawings, approvals, shipping and site work. When two quotes give lead times, ask each firm which event starts the clock and which event stops it, and get both written into the offer.

Own plant or partner factories

Seven of the eight describe their own production. WTB Company says it works “through our manufacturing partners in Türkiye”. I-HOTEL does both and labels each product: made in its own plant, or bought from a specialist Turkish maker and supplied in the same order. Hotel Furniture Concept makes the furniture and sources the doors, bedding, mattresses and lighting.

A hotel package always holds items no single plant makes: mattresses, stone, lighting, curtains. The buyer’s question is who picks the maker of each line, who checks it, and who answers for it.

Names you will meet on other lists

Search “hotel furniture manufacturers in Turkey” and two of the list pages near the top are written by manufacturers, and each lists its own company. One of them, SUNSGOODS, is based in Foshan, China. Its “Top 13” also includes national home-furniture retail brands. Neither list cites a source, so each name is worth checking on its own site.

Checking any company in an hour

  1. Trade registry. Search the trade name in the Türkiye Ticaret Sicili Gazetesi (run by TOBB). It shows whether the name is registered and with which registry office. MERSİS, the Ministry of Trade’s system, gives every company a 16-digit number, printed in the registry gazette and on the tax certificate.
  2. Export record. The Turkish Exporters Assembly (TİM) lookup takes a tax number and shows which exporters’ union the company belongs to.
  3. Two dates. A trading history and a legal company can start in different years. I-HOTEL states both on its own About page: furniture since 2008, the current company since 2019. Ask which company signs your contract and receives the deposit, and check that name in the registry.
  4. The plant. Ask which address builds your casegoods and which builds your seating, and see both on a visit or a video call.

The full checklist, with samples, inspection and packing, is in the guide to choosing a hotel furniture manufacturer.

Where Rovers fits

Rovers Contract is an FF&E package contractor in Istanbul, not a manufacturer, so it is not in the table. We read the BOQ and the drawings, split the package by trade, and price every line with the authorized Turkish partner factory that fits that line: casegoods in one plant, upholstery in another, metal in a third. We produce the shop drawings for approval, run samples and the mock-up, follow production on the floor, inspect before packing, ship, and install outside the US.

Rovers sits close to the partner-factory model in the table. Each factory is chosen per project and per item, and the choice shows on the itemised quote.

What to send us

Send the BOQ or the drawings, the destination and the opening date. We return an itemised quote with every line priced and the lead time counted from approved shop drawings, so it can sit next to any other quote line by line.
