Irish hotels that housed people under State contracts can return to the tourist market as the contracts end, and the rooms are refurbished before guests come back. Turkey can make that refurbishment: casegoods, beds and headboards, sofas and chairs, wardrobes and wall panelling, made to the hotel’s drawings. Rovers reads the BOQ and drawings, prices every line with the Turkish partner factory that fits, issues shop drawings and samples for approval, follows production, inspects before packing, delivers to site and installs.

Separately, in the Irish Hotels Federation’s February 2026 survey, 61% of hotels planned guest bedroom refurbishment (Westmeath Examiner, 23 Feb 2026). For a hotel whose contract ends this winter, the furniture order and the reopening date are planned together: drawings and BOQ, then priced lines, samples, production and delivery.

Other lines (lighting, mattresses, textiles, metal frames) carry their own codes and are checked one by one on the quote. The documents are the commercial invoice and packing list (one line per item code, room and floor), the A.TR, the CMR by road, and the Irish importer’s EORI number for the customs declaration.
Road and ferry, without the UK

Container shipping to Dublin or Cork is the other option for a full package delivered at once; it is quoted per sailing alongside the road option.
Fire and safety specs
Ireland revoked its domestic furniture fire order in July 2026 and aligned with the EU General Product Safety Regulation (Department of Enterprise, Tourism and Employment). Contract furniture for hotels follows the specification the hotel’s fire engineer and operator set. We build and test to the standard that spec names, for example BS 7176 medium hazard or EN 1021-1 and -2 for upholstered seating, and BS 7177 or EN 597 for mattresses and bed bases. Boards meet the EU formaldehyde limit for furniture of 0.062 mg/m³ that applies from 6 August 2026.
