Do you have your own factory?
No. We work with partner factories in Turkey and pick a factory for each item by fit, price, capacity and date. Our engineer reads your drawings, checks the factory's work on the floor and inspects every batch before it is packed. You deal with one team.
How do you price?
One quotation with every line priced, in USD on every figure, with the Incoterm, the lead time and the payment stages stated. We quote EXW Turkey or delivered to your port or site.
How long does it take?
It depends on the package and the factory load. We state the lead time from the day you approve the shop drawings, because that is when cutting can start, and we keep a programme to your opening date.
Can we see samples first?
Yes. Finishes, fabrics and hardware come as physical samples before production, and larger hotels can have a mock-up room built on the factory floor before the batch.
Can you show references?
Ask us on the project. We share what we can for your type of project and region, and we can arrange a live video walk-through of the factory floor.
Do you install?
Outside the United States, installation can be part of the package. For the United States, we manufacture and deliver.
Who checks quality?
Our engineer, against the approved drawing and samples, batch by batch, with an inspection report that has the measurements. You can add a third-party inspector.
What documents come with the shipment?
Commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and the transport document, plus the conformity and test documents your market asks for.
What about payment?
Stages tied to milestones such as order, shop-drawing approval and inspection before shipment. The stages are agreed per project and written on the quotation.
Who will we talk to?
One named contact for the whole order, from the first reply to handover.
